British Commercial Vehicle Museum

1st. October  2023.

Most of the models were exhibited on tables scattered around the main hall, probably about a dozen in all. There were 6 more tables in the “Conference Room”.

Pictures of many of the models appear below. You can click on most of them for more information.

The photographs were taken by Chris. Harris and Les. Nightingale. We were unable to collect much information about  many of the models.

The Hands-On  Workshop using Plastic Meccano was busy. Some of the models that were constructed  are shown at the bottom of this page.


Simple Roundabout.

This model shows the use of  strips 2.5 2  inches long between the centres of the end holes. This part enables a right angle to be braced. They were made on a 3D printer by Eric Wright.
